Private land lords are always risky but this was ridiculous after 6 months he was demanding the rent went up. .yet being in a 12 month contract...he would randomly turn up to the house without notice.. all of the above left my sick mum without heating,a kitchen tap,electric and with a hole in the roof..said he was owed money when in fact he wasn't and made inappropriate references to my mum and friend BEWARE
